About the Role
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth through effective management of parts availability, pricing, and marketing.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a high-performing team to ensure seamless integration within our aftersales environment
* Develop and implement strategies to promote aftersales products and services to new and existing customers
* Build and expand our parts business by identifying opportunities for growth and implementing initiatives to achieve targets
* Develop and maintain a robust parts portfolio that meets customer needs
* Provide timely and relevant analysis and reporting to support business decisions
About You:
* Demonstrated experience managing a parts/warehouse environment with a proven track record of success
* Extensive knowledge of parts and commercial environments, preferably in a senior leadership role
* Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels, with the ability to build strong relationships
* Superior skills in planning, organisation, implementation, analysis and reporting, with a focus on delivering results
* Strong commercial acumen and proactive selling techniques, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth
