The Role
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering the highest level of customer service. As a Member Services Officer, you will be the face of our business, providing important services to our members and customers.

The role involves prospecting, touring, closing and getting referrals for future sales. You will actively seek new business opportunities, representing the facility and its values in a positive and professional manner.
Key areas of responsibility include:
* Promoting the centre's services and programs to customers and accepting bookings and enrolments
* Providing excellent customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone
* Applying sound cash handling principles and using Point of Sale (POS) systems
Key Qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer-facing roles or similar industries is highly advantageous
* Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Capacity to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
