Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Support Officer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with sales and distribution staff while ensuring seamless end-to-end settlement processing for customers nationwide.
You will leverage your relationship-building skills to maintain strong relationships within the team and across stakeholders, including government partners, customers, solicitors, and advisors.
This role involves providing administrative support in a banking environment with a focus on settlement processing. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, developing and maintaining relationships, identifying and addressing exceptions, collaborating with risk partners, and possessing relevant qualifications such as experience in an administrative or banking environment.
Required Qualifications include organizational skills, attention to detail, customer-focused approach, knowledge of security documentation and financial analysis, proactive attitude, team environment ability, computer skills in Microsoft applications, and business systems, along with flexible work options.
* BUILD RELATIONSHIPS: Develop and maintain effective relationships with sales, distribution staff, and stakeholders (internal/external).
* IDENTIFY AND ADDRESS EXCEPTIONS: Proactively identify and address exceptions, proposing viable solutions and implementing preventative measures.
* RISK PARTNERSHIP: Collaborate with risk partners to ensure positive outcomes for the business and customers.
