The Role
We’re expanding and seeking a Business Development Partner to join our team. This isn’t a 9–5 it’s a remote, entrepreneurial pathway for ambitious professionals who want to mentor others while building a business of their own. You’ll connect with professionals, nurture relationships, and guide individuals through our personal development pathways, with the freedom to work independently, backed by proven systems, mentorship, and a global community.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with professionals aligned with leadership and growth
- Build and nurture relationships with visionaries and purpose-driven individuals
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals and match solutions
- Contribute to global mentoring calls and community initiatives (via Zoom)
- Operate independently with professionalism and high integrity

- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule
