Ideally, we'd love for you to hold
* The proven ability to plan, implement and evaluate programs through a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standards (NQS)
* Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
* An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to study towards a Diploma qualification within 3 months of commencement)
* A current and State relevant Working with Children's Check
* Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement) Additional Child Protection Training, in line with section 162A of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Queensland Government. Completion of 1 of the following courses will ensure compliance; CHCPRT025, CHCPRT001, CHCPRT026, CHCPRT002 or CHCECE057 (or willingness to obtain before commencement)
* Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
