The Shepparton Arts Festival has become a leading regional arts festival, attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors and engaging more than one thousand artists over the past 29 years.
As we head towards our 30th Anniversary Festival, the Festival team have decided to create a new, more sustainable organisational structure led by the General Manager.
This role will suit someone who is really energised by building community engagement in the arts, responsible for the operations, budgeting, marketing and stakeholder engagement that are vital to ensure the Festival continues for years to come.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement operational and strategic plans
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through effective management
• Coordinate volunteer engagement and activities
• Secure funding and resources for the Festival's growth and development
• Oversee finance and administration functions
• Manage logistics and festival delivery
• Design and implement marketing and communication strategies
• Evaluate and report on the Festival's performance and impact
