NSW Government Agency is looking for a HR Function lead (ERP) to
manage the HR design and implementation activities.
**About the role**:
- Lead ERP HR design and implementation activities across the end-to-end HR processes-
- Lead the design of the new Job Architecture and Job Catalogue, including the hierarchy of roles, role descriptions, required capabilities and skills, and spans of control-
- Work with program stakeholders to provide input for cross-functional solution design-
- Work with People business stakeholders to develop detailed ERP process and system requirements-
- Participate in operating model design, detailed ERP design, configuration, data cleansing and migration, system integration, testing, training, and transition management-
- Identify, document, prioritise, manage, and mitigate risks and issues**Essentials**:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Workforce Development) or an equivalent combination of qualifications and experience-
- Previous experience with multiple complex ERP systems implementations-
- Extensive knowledge of end-to-end HR business processes, including relevant Industrial Relations and cross-functional processes-
