The role of a senior legal professional in our organization is to provide high-level legal services across the migration and administrative law practice.
As an experienced Solicitor, you will play a leading role in managing and delivering expert legal solutions. You will have a strong background in Judicial Review litigation with a minimum of 3–4 years' post-admission experience as a Solicitor.
Your key responsibilities will include acting as an instructing solicitor in Judicial Review matters, managing complex migration and humanitarian casework, drafting and lodging court documents, and supervising junior lawyers and migration agents.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong legal drafting, research, and advocacy skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to supervise and mentor junior legal staff.
* Demonstrated expertise as an instructing solicitor in Judicial Review litigation and administrative law.
* A current Unrestricted Practising Certificate issued by the relevant regulatory body.
* Familiarity with LEAP Migration Manager or similar practice management software.
