Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate stakeholder engagement across a major national initiative
* Develop and manage project schedules aligned to strategy
* Onboard and manage partners, including media and marketing agencies
* Support budget and timeline management, ensuring accountability
* Translate campaign strategy into actionable delivery plans
* Provide reporting and updates to directors and stakeholders
* Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations and funding
Candidate Profile
You may come from an agency background managing client campaigns, or from an in-house marketing and communications role, or have experience coordinating complex projects in another setting. What matters most is strong stakeholder management, project delivery capability and the ability to unite partners around a shared mission. You will bring a minimum of three years' project or campaign management experience, experience in marketing, communications, partnerships or related areas, strong relationship skills across diverse stakeholder groups, excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and a collaborative, energetic and self-starter mindset.

This is a 0.8 FTE contract until March 2026 with the possibility of extension. You will join a mission-led organisation, working on a national program that has genuine significance. Hybrid and flexible working are available. Fully Remote working will not be considered.
