About the Role
We have a great opportunity for an agile and pioneering Village Manager to lead our well-established Weary Dunlop Retirement Village in Wheelers Hill, Australia. You will be responsible for managing our integrated village which comprises independent living, serviced apartments, and residential care, ensuring high-quality and compassionate care is provided to all our residents. This role is supported by an experienced senior management team and offers scope for further development through our Ryman Leaders programme.
About You
With extensive staff management and proven leadership experience, you'll build meaningful relationships quickly by being positive, approachable, and an all-round people person. You'll have experience creating, developing, and managing multi-disciplined teams and will thrive in a fast-paced, varied environment. Your high energy and resilience are complemented by excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
