About Credit Risk Analysis
* A thorough credit risk analysis will be performed to assess the creditworthiness of borrowers, guarantors and project sponsors.
* Develop feasibility assessments of development projects including pre-sales, equity contributions and cost-to-complete analyses.
* Review and interpret financial statements, cash flow forecasts and project budgets to ensure accurate lending decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diligently prepare clear and compelling credit submissions and recommendations for approval by committee members.
* Undertake due diligence across projects, borrowers and associated risks to identify and mitigate potential threats.
* Collaborate with legal, valuation and quantity surveying experts to validate assumptions and provide informed decision-making support.
* Maintain regular contact with borrowers to ensure accurate performance tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in credit analysis within banking, private credit, mortgage funds or property development finance.
* Proficiency in financial modelling and credit risk assessment.
* Tertiary qualifications in business, economics and/or property.
* Familiarity with legal documentation and security structures in lending.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
