Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Strategic Financial Analyst to join our Defence division. In this role, you will provide financial leadership and support to enable the successful delivery of Property and Asset Services contracts across South Australia and the Northern Territory.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or business partnering
* Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively
* Knowledge of financial compliance, internal controls, and reporting standards
* Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
* Advanced Excel skills and the ability to accurately manipulate large data sets while ensuring the accuracy of information and suitability of delivery method
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (CPA, CA highly regarded)
