The Position
* Plan, supervise, monitor and evaluate the food production and menu-based catering across retail, boarding, functions & events.
* Successfully manage, mentor and develop both front an back of house teams
* Deliver to our client's high expectations of a premium experience
* Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene & allergy awareness controls
* Building and leveraging positive client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives
* Manage finances within a budget & maintain efficient operations
* Ensure contract compliance is met and understanding of the scope of work required (including all OH&S compliance)
The Person
* 3 years minimum leadership experience is essential
* Cert III or IV Commercial Cookery qualification
* Thorough understanding of allergens and HACCAP
* Experience with full P&L Management, and commercial knowledge
* Strong people management skills & ability to deliver a high standard of customer focused service (this is also a client facing role)
* Contract management experience (highly regarded)
* Intermediate computer/Microsoft office skills
