Videographer – Full Time Sydney – Upper North Shore

Our client is seeking an in-house Videographer to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting mix of on-location shoots, creative editing and producing polished, impactful content across property marketing, events, profiles and brand storytelling.
About the Role Working Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for planning, filming and editing video content across a variety of projects, including:
* Property Marketing – Create engaging residential real estate videos
* Agent & Team Profiles – Film and edit polished profile content
* Event Videography – Capture and edit footage from in-office and client events
* End-to-End Production – Manage pre-production, shooting, editing and final delivery
* Short-Form & Social Content – Produce high-quality, on-brand edits with strong pacing
* Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency
The role is hands-on and varied, offering a balance between multiple shoots and focused editing days.
What You Will Bring
* 5+ years' professional videography experience (real estate or commercial ideal but not essential)
* A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality production and storytelling
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and related tools
* Strong understanding of lighting, composition and visual pacing
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to work autonomously
* Drone experience and offshore editing connections a bonus
* Car and driver's licence essential
