We're now seeking a Technical Service Consultant to drive revenue growth through technical sales, online demonstrations, and endtoend project support.
About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role in converting opportunities into successful projects by combining consultative selling with strong technical capability.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Identifying and developing a strong pipeline of sales opportunities
* Building trusted relationships with key decisionmakers remotely
* Delivering compelling online product and project demonstrations
* Providing technical consultations, specifications and detailed quotations
* Managing opportunities from initial enquiry through to contract completion
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
* Keeping internal stakeholders informed of pipeline activity and progress
About You
You are a confident communicator who enjoys technical selling and building relationships in a remote environment.
You will bring:
* Proven experience in remote or inside sales with demonstrated results
* Strong networking and relationshipbuilding capabilityi>
* An affinity for technical or solutionbased selling
* Previous CRM experience (essential)
* Experience in the building or construction industry (desirable, not essential)
