We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager to oversee our PM shift and contribute to our Retail & Consumer team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure daily service level targets (On-time delivery) of above 99%.
* Serve as the first point of contact/escalation for all operational shift issues at site.
* Enforce adherence to OHS and site safety requirements among drivers and staff, providing counsel/discipline in instances of nonconformance.
* Ensure timely reporting and follow-up on damages and MVIs, adhering to SOPs and providing counsel/discipline as needed.
* Maintain optimal allocations and dispatch operations to achieve highest service levels and cost-effectiveness.
About You:
* Demonstrate expertise in transport processes and expectations.
* Understand Supply Chain Management principles.
* Familiarity with relevant Federal and State Law requirements, including NHVR.
* Customer-centric approach (internal & external).
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Hold a valid Driver's License (HR – Heavy Vehicle) and Forklift licence (Counterbalance).
