Energy Operations and Sales Manager Your opportunity Scentre Group is widely recognised as a leader in the retail property industry. Within our organisation, we have a dedicated team called the Energy and Renewables Team, responsible for managing the energy needs of our living centre portfolio. This includes powering HVAC systems, lighting, vertical transport, and essential infrastructure. Additionally, we facilitate the supply of energy to our retailers through on-selling arrangements. As the Energy Sales Operations Manager, your responsibilities will involve leading the management of Operations and sales to our energy customers. You will oversee coordinating service providers along with direct engagement with customers. Day-to-day you will be responsible for: A key part of your role will see you developing, implementing, and operating the pricing strategy to deliver on our business plan including implementation of Scentre Group’s Net Zero ambitions. Operations, billing and sales management, including management of sales service providers Develop and implement pricings strategies to achieve group goals Ensure compliance with laws and regulations (Energy, Consumer, Retail Leases) Develop and gain legal approval for customer contracts Preparing and gaining approval for Pricing strategy and individual offers Ensuring operational compliance with relevant regulations Manage Customer Care - investigation, resolution and / or escalation of Customer issues Manage service provider deliverables General commercial support for group operations What will set you apart from the rest? Tertiary qualifications in a business or similar discipline 5 years commercial experience Energy/ Utility or similar industry experience preferred Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making capabilities Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables Experienced customer relations skills.
