Big things are happening in the early learning space. We are scouting for two Early Childhood Teachers and one Senior Educator to join a high-performing, supportive community regarded as the gold standard in the sector.

Position 1 & 2: Early Childhood Teachers (ECT)
* The Role: Full-Time (38 hours/week).
* The Pay: $45.45 – $68.53 per hour (depending on experience) + Super + Benefits.
* The Must-Haves: Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent). Queensland College of Teachers Registration (QCT).
* Delivering a Play Based and Intentional Teaching curriculum to high standards.
* Centre features a sustainable vegetable and herb garden that makes learning fun and engaging.
* Support from Senior Educators to ensure your program plan is implemented with team collaboration.
Position 3: Senior Educator (Diploma-qualified)
* The Role: Full-Time (38 hours/week).
* The Pay: Up to $41.05 per hour + Super + Benefits.
* The Must-Haves: Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. Working With Children's Check (Blue Card).
* Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
* Strong understanding of Child Supervision and the Mandatory Reporting Process.
* Ability to create a positive environment for children and build strong relationships with children and families.
