About the role
This role drives sales performance and market share while strengthening the dealer network across Motorcycles, Power Equipment, Parts and Service in Victoria and Tasmania. Working in close partnership with dealers, it supports sales planning, performance improvement, and Honda standards through regular engagement, data‐driven insights, PDCA practices, and targeted promotional and capability‐building initiatives.
Ideally, this will suit a candidate based out of Gippsland / South East Victoria; however applicants from closeby locations are welcome to apply.
How you'll make an impact
* Ensure sales and performance objectives are established for each dealer
* Enable dealers to effectively use daily operating controls and management tools
* Work closely with dealers to support sales, service/workshop, finance, parts, and accessories operations
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge from the Prime Market Area (PMA) Report, including analysing and reporting to dealers on a monthly basis
* Assist dealers in executing advertising and sales promotional activities and manage promotional budgets according to guidelines.
* Advise dealers to maintain best practice showrooms & workshops
* Ensure dealer compliance to Honda Standards
* Participate in all major field days and Honda events
What you'll bring to Honda
* A proven background at managing relationships at all levels from national retailers through to sole operators alike
* Prior experience in a similar industry (i.e. motorcycles or power products) will be highly regarded
* Ability to deliver agreed business outcomes and communicate results effectively
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in an autonomous setting
* Proficient in Office 365 and CRM tools
* Availability to attend and participate in events where required
