We are seeking an Employee Experience Business Partner to join our small but dynamic team. We are open to candidates interested in working 2 to 3 days a week.
Ideal candidates will have existing human resources experience and knowledge of an employee experience approach.

The Employee Experience Business Partner (EEBP) is responsible for developing Keane's culture, employee experience, and HR functions. Reporting to the CEO, you will manage all facets of the HR lifecycle for our team of 16 and our external contractors. This role is project-focused with some operational duties and involves implementing new ideas to enhance our ways of working. You will be part of a leadership team responsible for business improvements.
You should have solid HR/Employee Experience (EE) experience from either a corporate or government environment.
