About the Opportunity
As a service technician you will join our well-established and growing service team, servicing and maintaining complex BMS and HVAC systems across diverse commercial properties primarily within greater Sydney.

Primary Responsibilities
Undertake routine BMS services and preventative maintenances.
Attend BMS breakdowns including fault analysis and rectification.
Install and commission small BMS upgrades.
Implement control sequence changes and updates as required.
Provide quotations and proposed repairs/upgrades to clients.
Develop strong relationships with customers.
What we are looking for...
Experience working with automation/BMS systems.
Operational experience working with commercial HVAC systems.
IT, network communication, and PC hardware configuration skills.
3years previous experience in building controls.
Excellent communications and customer service skills.
The ability to work co-operatively with your fellow staff.
A commitment to producing high quality work.
Ability to work independently while displaying personal time management.
A passion for developing your automation and engineering skills.
Previous experience with BMS/DDC software engineering is preferred.
An electrical license or restricted electrical license is preferred.
A current NSW driver's license is required.
Australian citizenship, Australian residency status, or a Skilled Occupation List (SOL) visa is required.
