Seeking a diligent and organized professional to join our team as a Night Audit Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the night manager with various tasks and ensuring a smooth operation.
Responsibilities:
* Assist the night manager in all reporting and system responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and handle general enquiries
* BUILD relationships with travellers to enhance future bookings
* Support the front office team with operational tasks
* Process guest reservations and manage cash handling & credit card transactions
Requirements:
* Proficiency in OPERA property management system or similar platform
* Relevant experience in a similar role
* Valid working rights in Australia
* Strong motivation to advance career
* Self-motivated and driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environment
