Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $81,000.00/yr

About the Role

Join the team at Rydges as our Executive Administration Assistant and become the go-to support for the General Manager and Hotel Manager. In this dynamic role, you'll keep the office running smoothly while coordinating key meetings and events, managing communications, and assisting with HR initiatives. From organising Town Halls and creating presentations to handling budgets, invoices, and owner liaison, you'll ensure everything operates seamlessly behind the scenes. Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in executive administration or high-level office support within a hospitality or similar environment
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple disciplines and stakeholders
* Professional writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for preparing documents and presentations
* Strong organisational and problem‐solving skills, turning challenges into opportunities for exceptional guest experiences
* Ability to coordinate meetings and events, manage budgets, invoices, and maintain accurate records
* High attention to detail and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Key Accountabilities
* Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager, including coordinating meetings, logistics, and hospitality arrangements
* Manage day‐to‐day office operations, assist with project work, and support HR initiatives such as internal communications and staff engagement
* Organise monthly Town Hall meetings, prepare presentations for hotel and industry events, and maintain accurate records for budgets, invoices, and expenses
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, assist with owner communications, and oversee recognition programs and other administrative tasks as required
