We are searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our team at Flour Water Salt, Kiama cafe. The successful candidate will lead the team, oversee the day-to-day operations, and continue the well-established success of the business. You will be highly proficient, with supervisory and/or management experience within the hospitality industry. You must have a passion for providing excellent service and an authentic joy to interact with your customers and staff.
Flour Water Salt is open Tuesday - Saturday. Sunday & Mondays off.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day Café operations (including ordering, managing stock, staffing)
* Maintain exceptional standards and provide first class customer service
* Supervise and train staff members
* Presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management
* Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
* Ensure that the café complies with Health and Safety requirements, council requirements, health inspections, kitchen cleanliness.
* Liaise with our Head Office daily to order products.
Essential Requirements:
*Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to work is a must
*Ability to motivate a small team, problem solve and multi-task
*Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Café Supervisor role essential
*Willing to work on Saturdays
*Knowledge and control of budgets and spending.
Desirable:
* Barista Experience
* Kitchen Experience
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
