Are you someone who loves helping people and thrives in a busy, dynamic environment? Tamworth Medical Imaging is looking for a professional and motivated Administration Officer to join our team.
You will provide administrative support and deliver patient-centred services to patients and carers across the Tamworth region, ensuring excellent customer service with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
Other Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors with a friendly, qualified approach
- Enter data accurately into our medical imaging computer systems
- Answer phone calls and assist with in-person enquiries
- Support the smooth running of the department, helping staff and patients alike
What We Are Looking For
This is a casual role with shifts ranging between 7:30am and 6:30pm on a 7-day roster, giving you a variety of work experiences. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team of 8 admin staff, working alongside 23 radiographers and other multidisciplinary team members.
