ABOUT YOU
* Minimum 10 years of engineering design experience within a reputable engineering consultancy
* Membership with Engineers Australia as CPEng and NER
* Ambitious with great energy and passion for structural engineering
* Sound technical understanding of relevant Australian Standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* An interest in interacting with external design teams and developing skills to assist in the management of the internal team.
* Passion for teaching, mentoring and guiding younger engineers
* Love to engage with others to build positive and long-lasting relationships
* Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
* Committed to continually adding value by raising the performance of your work and the work of others around you
