What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting young people with daily routines, care, and activities
* Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
* Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments
* Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
* Working collaboratively on individualised care plans
What You'll Bring
* Completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services or relevant Diploma
* Full Australian Driver's License (sadly we cannot accept P plates at this time)
* First Aid and CPR Certificate
* NDIS Worker Screening
* Working with Children Check
* Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
* Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights

Your First Week
We'll make sure you feel prepared and confident from day one. You'll start your journey on a Monday, attending a full week of face-to-face induction at our head office (5 days of in-person attendance required).
