A new opportunity is now available for an experienced and diligent Assistant Accountant who is eager to learn and develop their skills, to join our dedicated team of Financial Accountants and the broader FP&A and Finance Team. Working within a busy and dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to apply and build on your current accounting skills and experience. Your proactive approach and exceptional communication together with your high attention to detail and ability to work independently within a collaborative team will support your success. Within this role you’ll be responsible for: Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, account reconciliation and accruals Assisting with the preparation of financial statements including balance sheets Identify and /or participate in initiatives to improve and streamline processes The ideal applicant will have high attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to meet and adhere to strict deadlines.
