Our client is an established construction company with a very recognisable name in the Queenslandt construction scene. They've always been associated with job security and opportunity and often see people staying for the majority of their career.
They have a history of delivering projects up to and well beyond $100's of millions and in this instance have a project in the vicinity of $150m that requires a Structures Foreman with the experience to run early civils, shotcrete and anchors and then drive the structure up and get the satisfaction of completing this project from establishment through to completion and handover.
The project is a high rise residential development which is using the jumpform system and the team delivering the project with you are an experienced unit which have been together for a project already.
**Role**:
The Structures Foreman has the following specific areas of responsibility:
- Management of trades and subcontractors on site
- Coordination of site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation
- Implementation of OH&S; policies
- Ensuring adherence to plans and specifications
- Liaison with the team to ensure budget and time constraints are met in line with program
- Short term programming
**Person**:

- A stable career history within the construction industry
- Structures experience is essential
- Project experience over $50m
- Structural Foreman experience with a reputable mid tier or upper tier would be an advantage
- The ability to work to and meet deadlines
- Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
- Industrial Relations exposure
- Supervisors licence
