Integral Electrics Qld is a fast-growing, family-operated business servicing customers from Gordonvale to Palm Cove.
We're looking for a high-performing Scheduler & Operations Support Coordinator with strong bookkeeping, accounts, admin, systems, and people-coordination skills to keep our office sharp and our technicians confident on the tools.

What You'll Be Doing
Scheduling & Workflow Coordination
* Allocate daily jobs for electricians, apprentices & gate/security techs
* Manage routes, timing, and shifting priorities
* Coordinate urgent call-outs & emergency jobs
* Maintain accurate job notes and scheduling in Simpro
* Keep customers informed with proactive updates
Operations & Administration
* Manage phones, emails, diaries & client communication
* Support quoting, invoicing & job documentation
* Liaise with real estate, body corporate & residential clients
* Analyse reports & performance insights to improve workflow
* Refine internal systems to enhance consistency
* Be the communication anchor between office and field teams
Bookkeeping & Accounts Support
* Assist with Accounts Payable & Receivable
* Reconcile invoices, purchase orders & statements in Xero
* Assist with payroll preparation
* Support month-end processes
* Work with internal finance and external bookkeepers
