About the Role
Working closely with the Head Chef to deliver an elevated food offering focusing on fresh local seafood, woodfired pizza, as well as pub classics, we are assembling a professional and enthusiastic team.

* Can support and inspire their co-workers to ensure they are a highly skilled, well organised and motivated team
* Are able to work in a busy & fast paced kitchen
* Are well-presented & maintain the highest of standards at all times
* Work in a clean and calm manner
To be Truly Successful in this team we ask that you have
* Minimum 2 years experience in a pub style kitchen
* Excellent knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
* Able to work nights & weekends as part of a flexible roster
* Right to work in Australia
