About the Position
The IT Service Technician role is a dynamic opportunity to join our technical team. As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and troubleshooting of computers, building of computers, desktop and application support in a Microsoft environment, software related troubleshooting, over the phone technical support to customers, and network technical support for LAN & WAN, routers, firewall and security.
