Key Maintenance Leadership Role
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will oversee the smooth operation of plant and equipment. This leadership role involves maintaining operational efficiency, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a team to maintain plant and equipment
* Maintain operational efficiency and minimize downtime
* Drive continuous improvement across production lines
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Mechanical or Electrical or relevant Bachelor's Degree
* 3-4 years of experience in maintenance or engineering leadership
* Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with SAP knowledge
* Proven leadership and mentoring experience
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities
