The Prospect We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administration Support Officer to assist with bids, tender coordination and company proposals.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed, process-driven work and supporting a fast-paced project team.
Working 3 days per week on a 9-month temporary contract, the role offers excellent flexibility and the genuine possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support across bids, tenders and proposal submissions Assist with document formatting, collation and quality checks Maintain accurate records, trackers and internal documentation Coordinate timelines, deadlines and internal contributions Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure compliance Support general office and project administration as required About You Experience in administration, coordination or a similar support role Background in construction, engineering, infrastructure or a related industry highly desirable High attention to detail with robust organisational and time-management skills Confident working to deadlines and managing multiple tasks Proficient with MS Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Strong communication and stakeholder-coordination abilities What's On Offer Up to $ per hour, depending on experience 3-day work week with great flexibility 9-month contract with solid potential to become permanent Supportive, collaborative team environment City fringe convenient location Opportunity to gain experience in high-profile project work
