Position Name: Senior Hardware Engineer - On-Site Location: Alice Springs, Australia Clearance: Must have a current and active TS/SCI with CI Poly Sign-On Bonus Eligible: Yes Position Description DeNOVO Solutions has an opening for a Hardware Engineer / On-site Engineer (OSE) capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment. The Hardware Engineer must be able to manage onsite hardware assets, including Server, Storage, Network, and Backup, often working with Tier 2 customer teams. The assets may involve DELL, EMC products, or other OEMs depending on the program. Key responsibilities include: Retrieving parts or components from site security. Installing parts or components, performing sanitization, and resolving tickets with the DPCC. Gathering and communicating tag information for replaced parts or systems securely. Managing site replacement part handling, installation coordination, and disposal. Ensuring hardware operability or exhausting repair options. Required Qualifications and Certifications 10+ years of Hardware Engineering experience with similar scope in Federal Government programs, including team leadership experience. Current Security+ and/or CISSP certification required. Current customer-required training for Privileged User (PU) access. Experience in Tier 4 Break/Fix work. Required Clearance Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Salary Range $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 (commensurate with experience). We are open to higher offers for exceptional candidates.
