Job Description
As an Events Marketing Officer, you'll support the promotion of ADF Careers through strategic event marketing initiatives, aiming to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
You'll collaborate closely with the Events and Engagement team to develop and distribute high-quality content, ensuring a cohesive brand experience at each event. Your responsibilities also include creating engaging materials to drive event attendance, assist with merchandise and brochure management, and providing marketing administrative support.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on Defence recruitment efforts while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
You will:
* Support marketing efforts for ADF Careers events nationally
* Develop creative assets to drive event attendance and promote the ADF Careers brand
* Collaborate with Events and Engagement team to deliver a strong brand experience, contributing to the overall success of ADF Careers
* Assist with brochure and merchandise supply to ADF Careers
* Collaborate with Brand Marketing team to uphold brand integrity at events
* Provide administrative assistance as required across the Marketing Operations team
* Support the continuous improvement of events marketing processes and efficiencies

* Exposure to events is desirable.
