They have an upcoming requirement for a skilled and experienced Site Manager to join their team and lead a project in the Adelaide Metro area.
Supported by upper management, you will be responsible for the full life-cycle of the projects from site set up, management of entire construction program through to full handover to your client.
Duties In Your Role Will Include:
1. Full site set up
2. Management of all trades and subcontractors
3. Ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard of quality
4. Management of all aspects of health and safety (OH&S)
5. Management of stakeholders both internally and externally
To be successful in your application you will require the following:
1. Minimum 4 years local experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects
2. Proven experience managing full life-cycle civic / government / education projects with values no less than $10mil
3. Strong management and coordination skills
4. Excellent understanding of OH&S
5. Ability to work autonomously
