You’ll lead technically challenging developments with complex programming, design coordination, and premium finishes. The business is structured for support, with capable CA, SM, and leadership backing to set you up for success. Your responsibilities will include: Managing program, cost, quality, safety, and stakeholder expectations Overseeing subcontractor performance and coordination Leading client and consultant communications Reviewing and resolving construction or design challenges with practical solutions Driving progress on site and ensuring the project delivers as promised Reporting to executive management on program and financials The Builder This award-winning construction company is known for exceeding expectations through early project engagement, smart design, and flawless execution. You’ll likely be a Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, design-led environments.
