Key Responsibilities
* Clinical Oversight: Manage care planning, evaluation, and medication management.
* Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach nursing and care teams.
* Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to legislative requirements and Accreditation Standards.
* Operational Support: Oversee rosters and clinical supply budgets.

* $130,000- $140,000 (depending on experience) + Super + NFP salary package

Requirements
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Proven management experience within the Aged Care sector.
* Infection Prevention Control (IPC) Qualification (Highly Preferred).
* Strong understanding of AN-ACC and Quality Standards.
