**The Person**:
Chef
- Above award wages & sign on bonus
- Part time position
- Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery and experience in bulk cooking
- Understanding of HACCP, allergen management and food safety
- Passion for quality, fantastic presentation, and detail focused
- Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
2nd Year Apprentice
- Continue your apprenticeship under experienced chefs
- No split shifts or late nights
- Breakfast, lunch, dinners & functions
Food & Beverage Attendant / Food Preparation
- Part time position - minimum 16 hours per fortnight
- Start early - finish early!
- Salad and sandwich preparation - position responsible for preparing and managing salad bars during service
- Morning tea preparation and presentation
Kitchen Hand- Part time position - must be available nights and weekends
- Assist with basic food preparation including vegetables and salads.
- Maintain kitchen, storage and service areas and equipment with a strong awareness of hygiene and food safety standards.
