We are an Australian-owned retailer with over three decades of history helping Australians find the ultimate sleep experience. Our meticulous showrooms sell premium beds, mattresses and bedroom furniture; high-ticket products that customers genuinely need and care about.
We're seeking a talented Store Manager to drive one of our successful showrooms in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. This is not a passive management role. You'll be on the floor, setting the standard, coaching your team, and driving sales performance while being rewarded handsomely for doing so.

Your role
As Store Manager you will be responsible for the full performance of the showroom. Day-to-day, this means:
* Leading and motivating your sales team to hit and exceed targets
* Managing store operations — opening and closing, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards
* Training and coaching staff, including driving all onboarding for new team members
* Delivering a premium customer experience on the showroom floor
* Qualifying customers, understanding their needs, and confidently closing
* Building a positive team culture that retains and develops great people
* Adapting your leadership style to bring out the best in every individual
Who we're looking for

* Demonstrated retail store management experience — furniture, bedding, or big-box retail strongly preferred
