Your Role
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality training and assessment materials for accredited and non-accredited programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance learning resources and support trainer development.
Key Responsibilities
* Create engaging, learner-focused training resources aligned with RTO registration scope, emphasizing first aid.
* Maintain and update a national library of learning materials.
* Support validation activities and implement updates.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and communicate changes.
* Assist with instructional design projects and manage learning management platforms like Moodle.
* Support continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.
* Ensure high-quality content delivery through liaising with subject matter experts and trainers.
* Provide administrative and compliance support as needed.
Your Experience and Qualifications
* Proven experience in developing educational or training resources with a learner-centric approach.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects meticulously.
* Experience with blended learning, adult education, and stakeholder engagement is desirable.
* Qualifications: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent); qualifications in paramedicine, nursing, or allied health are a plus.
* Current Driver's Licence, Working with Children Check, Police Check, and Australian Right to Work Check.
