We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of various community events. This is a temporary role designed to ensure seamless event execution during staff absences.

This position involves:
* Developing and implementing engaging event concepts and ideas that cater to diverse community needs and preferences
* Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and community groups to secure partnerships and collaborations
* Ensuring all events meet safety, quality, and accessibility standards
Key Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Events Management, Marketing, or related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, preferably in a similar role
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
