An excellent permanent, full‐time opportunity exists for a National Technical Manager to lead a dynamic team based at Wacol.
This is a rare leadership opportunity to provide strategic and operational leadership across MAN technical operations and warranty governance, ensuring consistent, compliant, and commercially sound service and warranty outcomes across the dealer network.
The role is responsible for strengthening OEM relationships, driving continuous operational improvement, and supporting dealer capability to deliver high‐quality customer outcomes.
About You
* Heavy Vehicle Industry Experience
* Appropriate heavy vehicle trade qualifications
* Sound knowledge of MAN, or European class 8 products
* Sound skills with the MS Suite of products
* Strong organisational, time management and customer service skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Demonstrated experience in technical area at management or supervisory level
* Strong problem‐solving skills
* Ability to develop and deliver technical update presentations
* Knowledge of allocated Territory and ability to influence disputed service outcomes
* Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders
* Experience with OE warranty handling and repair requirements
* Demonstrate ability to think logically, and sound reasoning skills
* Demonstrate ability to adapt to fast paced, changing work environment
