We are a busy and growing used car dealership seeking an experienced Dealership Accounts & Operations Manager to take control of our administration and compliance functions. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands the fast-paced nature of used vehicle sales and can confidently manage dealership systems, settlements, and transport requirements.
As our Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all office operations, ensuring compliance with Queensland transport regulations, and managing financial administration across the dealership.
Strong working knowledge of DealerLogic is essential, as you will be responsible for processing deals, reporting, and maintaining accurate records within the system.
Currently, QT Accredited (Queensland Transport) is mandatory for this position to acquire and transfer vehicles in Dealer Logic.
Key Responsibilities
* Process vehicle sales, settlements, and deal packs
* Manage registrations, transfers, and compliance documentation
* Oversee accounts payable and receivable
* Perform daily banking and reconciliations
* Prepare end-of-month reporting
* Ensure all transactions comply with QLD transport and dealership regulations
* Maintain accurate stock records within Dealer Logic
* Support the sales team with timely and accurate administrative processing
About You
✔ Previous experience as an Office Manager or Senior Administrator in a used car dealership
✔ Proven experience using Dealer Logic
✔ Current and valid QT Accreditation
✔ Strong understanding of vehicle registrations and QLD compliance requirements
✔ Excellent financial reconciliation skills
✔ High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
✔ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in used car dealership operations is required
✔ Must have current Driver's License
