Sales Coordinator

Doncaster | Full-time

Heidelberg Materials Australia is looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Sales Coordinator to support our Victorian sales teams and enable effective commercial execution. Based in Doncaster, this role plays a critical part in ensuring high-quality sales data, operational support and actionable insights that help drive sales performance.

You'll work closely with Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers and Regional General Managers to translate data into meaningful insights, identify opportunities, and support targeted commercial action. Key Responsibilities

Sales Data & Commercial Insights

* Analyse and report on volume, ASP and contribution margin across territories, market segments and pricing bands.
* Provide insights to Sales Managers and Regional Sales Managers to identify growth opportunities and address revenue or margin leakage.
* Conduct win/loss analysis using legally sourced competitor insights.
* Collate competitor intelligence including price increase notifications and market pricing comparisons.

Pricing & Price Performance

* Support and manage regional price increase execution aligned with national coordination.
* Maintain base/list pricing in SAP for cash customers.
* Manage surcharge and levy updates and maintenance.
* Monitor and report on price performance, providing insight on progress and outcomes.
* Maintain local pricing master records including list price and pricing conditions administration.
* Analyse product margins and manual discounts in alignment with pricing strategy.
* Review quotations requiring discount approval and recommend improvements to pricing processes.

Systems & Sales Operations Support

* Act as a super user for CRM and HConnect, supporting both the Sales team and customers with troubleshooting and usage.
* Provide insights to Sales leadership on CRM inactivity, gaps or issues and manage system escalations where required.
* Manage B2B administration activities ensuring accurate data flow through digital platforms.
* Support credit account applications including system invitations, setup and troubleshooting.

Customer & Data Management

* Own and maintain the integrity of regional master data, ensuring accurate account allocation.
* Support new customer onboarding and guide customers on "working with HMA Group".
* Manage customer transfers between segments as required in collaboration with Sales leadership.
* Maintain oversight of system processes to ensure compliance, accuracy and operational efficiency.

About You

* Experience in sales coordination, sales operations, pricing, or commercial analysis.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Experience working with CRM systems, ERP platforms (e.g. SAP) or similar.
* High attention to detail and strong data integrity mindset.
* Confident supporting multiple stakeholders across sales and commercial teams.
* Strong organisational, communication and problem‐solving skills.
* Comfortable working with digital platforms and supporting users as a system "super user".
