Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Airport Operations Officer to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We are seeking a self‐motivated and dedicated individual with a priority in safety and procedures to join our Airport Operations Team. This role will see you maintain airport security integrity in accordance with the Ayers Rock Airport Transport Security Program (TSP) and the Ayers Rock Airport ASIC Program.
Qualifications
This role requires a Valid Full Australian Drivers License, as well as the ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
A National Criminal History Check is a mandatory step in the recruitment process.
Key Duties
* To maintain the airport operational areas in accordance with the Ayers Rock Aerodrome Manual (AM) and as required by sections of the CASR 139 – Aerodromes, Manual of Standards (MOS)
* Respond as detailed in the Airport Emergency Plan (AEP) and TSP
* Undertake Bird and Wildlife Management and deterrent duties as per Bird / Wildlife Hazard Management Plan
* To work co‐operatively and in a positive manner, with all internal and external stakeholders, to achieve the regulatory objectives.
