We are seeking a seasoned Venue Manager to spearhead our operations. You will be responsible for driving results and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
* Foster a positive team culture that embodies our brand values and standards
* Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of venue operations
* Mentor and develop staff to deliver outstanding service and quality
* Analyze financial data to inform business decisions and optimize performance
* Elevate the overall ambiance and aesthetic of the venue
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 2 years' experience in hospitality management (preferably in restaurants or pubs)
* Demonstrate strong leadership skills and ability to build high-performing teams
* Proven track record of managing budgets, rosters, and operational costs effectively
* RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced qualifications
* A competitive edge with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
