Job Title: Maintenance Technician Mechanical
Maintenance Technicians are essential for maintaining the health and efficiency of transportation networks. They play a critical role in ensuring that trains, metros, monorails, trams, and other forms of public transportation operate safely and reliably.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team responsible for maintaining the Metronet C-Series Train Fleet. The position involves supporting all aspects of preventative and corrective maintenance at our facility in Nowergup.
* Carrying out preventative maintenance as per exam regimens.
* Carrying out corrective work as directed by the team leader/shift supervisor.
* Downloading data from the trains to review and report on findings.
* Carrying out 5S activities as directed.
* Using systems and tools to generate and update work orders.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate III in Engineering (mechanical trade).
* Demonstrated experience in electrical maintenance fault finding, diagnosing, and repair.
