What we are looking for...
Previous experience in real estate or administration is beneficial but not essential – the right attitude and willingness to grow are what we value most
* A current QLD Real Estate Certificate (or looking to obtain)
* Must have a current driver's license
* Possess a strong work ethic, self-belief, confidence, and a positive can-do attitude
* Demonstrated client care
* A desire to defuse conflict and problem-solve
* A genuine "care" factor and dedication to process and procedure
* A strong attention to detail
* High level of written and verbal communication skills
* High level of integrity
* Be a team player
* Well-groomed and presented
Specifics of the Job...
* Full-time Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm.
* Portfolio end-to-end management
* Organising, managing & carrying out all routine inspections.
* Managing inspection runs to suit schedule.
* Carry out very thorough Entry & Exit Condition Reports.
* Assist with Leasing & rental open homes when required.
* Communication with landlords & tenants.
* Reporting to the Principals & Senior Property Manager.
* No trust account involvement required
